Room for rent

Description

The room is located in the beautiful area of Pike Creek in Newark. It will be available starting August 1st. You will get a private bathroom and we will be sharing a living area, kitchen and balcony with the beautiful view of the woods. I am the only person living there. Future roommate must go through income verification, credit check and background check as required by apartment management. The price includes all the utilities and wireless internet.
I am a middle aged, friendly, quiet, and woman who works part time. I also have an active lifestyle and plenty of hobbies like gardening, hiking etc. I cook and occasionally like to share my Polish meals with my roommates. I have a cat and will consider someone with a cat or small dog if they will get along.
I am looking for a friendly, respectful, quiet female roommate. No smoking, drinking or drugs.
