Hi! I am offering a private basement suite (with a large egress window) for rent in a co-housing community at 4730 W 37th Ave, Denver, CO 80212! This is a community of about 30 homes, built intentionally to foster a sense of connection. The porches face inwards towards a common green space where people often chill and sit. There's an optional community dinner once a week, and interaction often happens naturally due to the layout of the homes. If you like to connect with nice people, this is a unique opportunity! The rental price of $1150 includes everything: the bedroom, a private bathroom, and a small living room area. Washer and dryer are included, as is use of the main floor, kitchen, living room and TV, etc., and the community spaces in the co-housing community. All utilities are included in the price, including internet. Street parking is available. I'm hoping for a 12 month lease (almost 11 now, through May 2027). Location: we're just blocks, think very short walk, from Tennyson St! Shops, restaurants, bars, etc. We're literally next door to a Sprouts and 24 hour fitness... It's pretty hard to beat. Me: I'm a 41 year old straight male. I work as a child/family therapist at a non-profit. I come off as very chill (even when i don't feel it, hah!), and I try to be kind and authentic. I speak Spanish and love to travel, stay busy with friends, play softball, love nature and camping, nerdy fantasy books, and my dog Newton. You: I'm looking for someone who is clean and responsible, and who is interested in fostering a friendly relationship with me and others in the community. I have a sweet dog (Newton), and am not looking for any more pets. I work from home 2 days per week as a therapist, so ideally you would work outside the home, at least Mon/Weds.
