1 room available in a modern apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood right by Liberty State Park in Jersey City! The apartment is located in a well-maintained building with great amenities, including a gym and a barbecue area. The location has various cafes and restaurants and is close to the light rail station. The commute to NYC is easy and takes roughly 25-30 minutes via the light rail and PATH to WTC. The apartment is spacious with a shared kitchen, living room, and dining area. This room features a private bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. Water, electricity/gas bills will be included in the rent. Option* you can have a parking spot in the garage for an extra $180 per month. This room is fully furnished with a full-size bed, a dresser, a TV, and a nightstand. Also, have a spacious closet I'm a 41-year-old deaf gay guy working as a freelance fashion designer in NYC. I work 5 days a week and am off on weekends. During my time off, I like to go to parks, cinemas, restaurants, and shopping. I’m looking to share the apartment with a roommate who prefers a clean and peaceful home environment where we respect our shared spaces and are friendly towards one another. I've lived in this apartment for 5 years and am looking to re-sign for a 12-month lease that begins on July 1. To be on the lease, there would be an application and background check conducted by the property manager. You would have to sign the lease before the end of June.
