Fully equipped kitchen and living room and laundry, Private parking spot. NO Credit needed, but will require a background check. Room is for an INDIVIDUAL person ONLY, guests are allowed but limited to 5 overnight stays a month. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am where you must use a bluetooth device and headphones. No laundry during those hours. Room can be furnished for $100/mo additional. $350 Non Refundable move in fee, but NO lease, no minimum or maximum stay.
