The house itself is a 3 bedrooms single story house with a regularly maintained front and backyard, with pest control inside and outside of the property. Three bedroom home only 25 miles west of the Forth Worth area right off the I-20 freeway. The rental space is a single furnished bedroom with a private closet and shared bathroom. The room itself includes a queen sized bedroom set, two nightstands, a tall dresser, and a mounted TV with streaming services available. The house has a front office space for general use, spacious living room with mounted TV and surround sound speakers, a large chef-style kitchen with sitting island, gas range, dishwasher, full sized fridge, and walk-in pantry. The front and backyards are regularly maintained with pest and gardening services with the backyard patio and smoker being accessible to tenets. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer access, as well as a storage rack for personal use.
