Low Maintenance Dog-Dad

Hi! I’m LJ. I’m currently looking for a room or roommate situation that feels clean, calm, respectful, and easy to live in. Recovering from closing my fitness business and switching gears professionally so looking to get back on my feet in a peaceful, chill environment. A little about me: I’m a writer, life coach, and content creator, so I’m creative, communicative, and usually working on my own projects. I do TikTok Lives nightly, so am typically home in the evenings but prefer to work during day at kava bars. I have two dogs, one is a 15 year old jack russell (nearly deaf and blind but still going!) and a 4 year old mutt. They are both crate trained and stay in their crates in my room when I am not home. I also am comfortable keeping them mostly in my room and not roaming the house as I do plenty of walks with them. I’m looking for a place that feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. Ideally, I’d love to live with someone who is clean, considerate, emotionally mature, and good at communicating directly if anything comes up. I’m not looking for a party house or chaotic living situation. Good energy, mutual respect, and basic household cleanliness matter a lot to me. As a roommate, I’m respectful of shared spaces, mindful of noise, and easy to get along with. I like a home that feels warm and relaxed, but still has healthy boundaries. I’m happy to be friendly with a roommate, share the occasional conversation or meal, and also fully respect alone time. I'm pretty much in bed by 11 PM and up by 8. I’m open to living with someone who is similarly grounded, responsible, and kind. LGBTQ+ friendly is important. Bonus if you’re creative, self-aware, or just someone who likes a peaceful, drama-free home. Looking forward to finding the right fit.
