Roommate For 1yr lease in Vinings

I’m looking for a roommate to lease an apartment with at Walton on the Chattahoochee in Vinings. Ideally would be a 2 bedroom unit with a year lease starting early June. Rent for the two bedroom units look to start at ~$820 per person not including utilities. Apartment will be unfurnished, though I have some furniture for the common areas. These apartments are right on the hooch and seem to be one of the only communities in Atlanta that doesn’t have terrible management/maintenance. Solid amenities too, including two pools, on laundry, on coffee shop, quick access to 75 and 285, and a fitness center. About me: 30 year old male, work in office most days. Fair bit of travel for work, and I’m pretty clean and quiet. Very active. No pets please, I’m allergic to dogs and cats.
