Female Rommate Wanted

I’m looking for a female roommate under 25 to share my apartment in Watertown. Rent is $1,000 per month. The apartment includes one parking space, free laundry in the home, and is in a great location with multiple bus stops nearby, a market just a street away, and a gym close by. The room currently has furniture that belonged to my grandmother. You’re more than welcome to use it, but if you’d prefer to bring your own furniture, I can have the room cleared before move-in. A little about me: I’m 19 years old, a psychology student, and also a working professional. I’m very clean, organized, respectful, and outgoing, and I enjoy creating a comfortable, positive home environment. I value open communication and being considerate of the people I live with. I’m looking for someone who is clean, responsible, respectful, and reliable, especially when it comes to rent and keeping shared spaces tidy. I’d love to find someone with a friendly, outgoing personality and similar values so we can both enjoy the space and get along well as roommates. I don’t currently have any pets.
