2Rooms 2Rent NEED LEASE AGREEMENT!

Description

This is a 3 bedroom house w/2 bathrooms. And very spacious living areas. The house is located right in central Fredericksburg just minutes away from 95/rte 1. Plenty of shopping and quick access to almost everything in town. My roommate and her child need to move asap but we are bound to a lease with 10 months remaining, and very willing to extend wth the right roommate. Most of the house is my roommates furnishing, so there will be plenty of space if you need. Any people looking to move in will have to be processed through the rental company and added to the lease. With just me and one other, your provable income will need to be at or exceed 55k yearly. If there is a third tenant the bills just get cheaper. I am open to any questions.
