2 Rooms for Rent - North Peoria

Rooms will be available for rent as early as Mid July. The bedrooms pictured can be cleared out and furnished as needed. This is a family-friendly home, as I do have a 1.5-year-old daughter. There’s also a loft area currently used as her playroom, but I’m open to suggestions on how the space can be shared or adjusted. The bathroom would be shared, and common areas including the kitchen, living room, and dining areas are shared as well. The home is a 4-bedroom house, with one room used as my office since I work from home a couple days each week. The office also has space for an additional desk if you work remotely or need a workspace setup. Utilities are split and may vary month to month, but are expected to stay under $175 per person. If interested, there will be a background check and lease agreement required prior to move-in. Willing to make anything work, within reason, to accommodate your needs.
