Townhouse near ECU BSOM

Description

I am looking for two people to rent a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse for $1,400 a month total which breaks down to $700 per room (this includes internet, electricity, water, security system, and HOA fees). Townhouse includes washer, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, oven, and fully furnished bedrooms. There is a $700 safety deposit that will be refunded at end of lease depending on condition of the house. I am looking for tenants who are responsible that will maintain cleanliness of the townhouse, reduce noise to respect the privacy of the neighbors, and will treat the townhome with the respect they would show their own home. Small pets are allowed as long as tenant cleans up and prevents major damage to the townhouse. Rental lease will be by signed contract based on renter needs, ranging between 3 months to 12 months.
The townhouse is 1.5 miles away from Brody School of Medicine just off Highway 264. Tenants will be vetted by interview in person or by Zoom. Please DM with any questions or interests.
