This room also comes with 1 parking spot in the apartment complex’s gated covered carport.

The unit includes a shared living room, kitchen, and in-unit household and kitchen essentials. Complex amenities include a convenient laundry room and swimming pool. A security deposit of $500 is required. Wi-Fi & utilities included in monthly rent (can be slightly higher during summer due to a/c).
