I am looking for a 12 month sublet for 2464 North 4th Street in the Old North. The apartment is a 1b1b and is really nice with all hardwood floors and is quite spacious with large closets. I think it is a great apartment for grad students or someone who has just graduated. It is $875 a month, and amenities include: -Central heating

-Dish washer
-Community parking & off street parking -Pet friendly I am moving out of town for a job and signed to this apartment before I even got the offer so I am looking for someone to take it over.
