Looking for awesome roommate!

Hey so we’re looking for one more roommate for a new lease or sublease! With the other roommate moving out of town, rent would be for one bedroom in a nice 3br apartment in a community with great location near Atlantic ave and hwy exits near Boca, with 24/7 amenities (pool, outdoor lounge areas and grilling/bar patio, gym, clubhouse spaces, one floor of quiet remote offices and study / workspaces / open meeting rooms, also catered resident events/ parties) with utilities split by 3, shared bathroom with one other roommate. The other roommates are 2 guys, who keep really busy with work, and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. Into working out at the gym, also into music (mostly edm but some variety) video games, movies, marvel/ Star Wars, dbz.. ganja friendly/ but yeah looking for another roommate and will split costs! Otherwise some occasional music playing ok, no pets unfortunately, students and professionals welcome, occasional guests ok, just no sharing food without asking and must be clean (common areas, and no piles of dishes and pans left in the sink for days) Let me know if any questions and also timeframe for moving or how many months, thank you!
