Danish creative looking for room

Description

My name is Jennifer. I’m a 36-year-old creative from Copenhagen, Denmark, looking for a furnished room, sublet, or house-sitting opportunity in Bed-Stuy or nearby areas in Brooklyn this summer. My dates are flexible from mid-June to mid-August, and I’m ideally looking for a minimum 1-month stay to start. Budget is around $1,400/month. I work across documentary film, culture, and communication, and I’m coming to New York to do research for my fourth documentary project, supported by the Danish Arts Foundation. I also have Dominican roots, and part of why I want to stay in Brooklyn specifically is to spend time closer to communities and conversations that resonate personally and creatively. I own my own apartment in Copenhagen, so I’m very used to caring for a home and respecting shared spaces. I’m clean, calm, responsible, and happy to help look after plants or pets while staying somewhere. Outside of work, I dance, cook a lot, and recently spent time in NYC taking classes at dance studios, something I’m excited to continue while back in the city. Would love any leads or connections
