Room for rent

Hey guys!!
If you or anyone you know is looking for a roommate, I am renting out the spare bedroom in my apartment. I am looking for a roommate between the age of 18-35(: I am a 26 year old female. I work full time as a vet tech.
I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.It is a 10minute drive to grossmont college, a 10 minute drive to SDSU, and 15min drive to PLNU.

The apartments have their own parking lot, but no designated spaces. It’s HUGE, so there is always spaces available (:
We do not have a laundry mat on. The nearest laundry mat is a 5minute drive.
The apartments are in the center of the city, so everything (24hr gym, Ross, Starbucks, restaurants, Mall/shopping center, salon, clinic, hospital, bank, public park etc.) is a 2-5minute radius (driving) (:
The rent is $850 utilities included in that
I am renting out the spare room it’s medium sized, do have a lot of extra storage space in the hallway.
I have two cats and a rabbit so I can’t have any more pets unless it’s something that can stay in your room:(

I do not have pictures of the bedroom yet, I am clearing it out at the moment.
Move in date is flexible I am open to doing prorated rent if you can’t move in the first week of the month. Lease is month to month but I would prefer someone that can commit to at least a year.
