Hi, my name is Ryan. ’m looking for two roommates to join me on a new 1-year lease starting July 1st in a 3 bed / 2.5 bath duplex near sylvan park area. I work in hospitality, and outside of work I spend a lot of time writing/recording music, but I’m mindful about volume and keep things quiet late at night and early mornings. I’m pretty clean, communicative and hoping to find roommates with similar vibes. I have a super friendly cat named Riley who loves people.
