I'm looking to sublet my current apartment (1 bedroom) ASAP for June & July. Price: $1500/month + utilities (electric and internet-usually around $80/month). Willing to negotiate on this if needed! Apartment is on the fourth floor of a building and is furnished with a couch, desk, chair, dining table and four chairs, and dresser. I can also sell my AC unit if you'll need it for the summer for an additional cost! The building has laundry machines in the basement that are payable with a or coins. Plenty of off street parking and parking in the back of the building. Safe and near one of Yale’s public safety hubs. Great and responsive maintenance (on average maybe about half a business day). Pets allowed.
