Looking for a roommate!

I’m looking for roommate! The townhouse is located in Kissimmee, FL. Move-in would be June 1st with July being the latest. Rent is $850/month per room, with utilities included. The room has a beautiful lake view and back up to a conservation area. The room can come furnished if needed. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. A one-year lease is required before moving in. The community is quiet and friendly, with great amenities including two pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and two gyms. There are also grills by one of the pools if you’d like to BBQ or have a small gathering. I also have a home gym in the garage that you’re welcome to use. Behind the house, there’s a lake where you can enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife. There’s a walking trail along the lake, as well as a conservation area nearby for walking or driving. The lake also allows fishing and kayaking. You’ll be conveniently located within 10 minutes of Walmart, Aldi, Publix, Dollar Tree, restaurants, shopping, and other essentials. I’m looking for someone responsible who pays rent on time, keeps the space clean, and respects the home. Having 2–3 friends over occasionally is fine, but no parties. No smoking or drugs. No pets due to allergies. A little about me: I’m a flight attendant, so I’m often away for weeks at a time. I also spend time living in the Dominican Republic. I’ll check in on the house when needed, but I do rely on my roommates to keep things in great condition while I’m away. I like to keep my home clean and organized, and I appreciate others who do the same. I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful, and I get along well with others.
