Private Bedroom + Bathroom for Rent

Description

Bedroom with private bath available for rent in three story condo off of Chapman and Cannon. Rent is $1,300 + $200 for utilities. Room - The room + remodeled private bath have a combined footprint of 200 sq ft. The sun hits this room most of the day, so I've tinted the windows and put in shutters. Carpet has been cleaned but it has some stains. Good closet space with some drawers/shelving. Small storage room between closet and bathroom. Both bedrooms are on the top floor.
Parking - If you want to park in the garage, it will be an extra 150 per month. Otherwise, you will be given a parking pass.
Kitchen - Full kitchen privileges. Gas cooktop, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Clean up after yourself.
Laundry - Washer/dryer are in unit. Provide your own detergent/softener/etc.
AC - I keep it cool, around 70-72. Heater does not work.
TV/Wifi - I pay for the best wifi you can get through ATT, but I'm looking into getting rid of my TV/wifi package and replacing it with Starlink. Most, if not all, of my tv watching is streamed through Netflix/Amazon/Hulu anyway.
Parking - There are parking spots in our condo loop/pod that you can use with a parking pass. One pass will be provided. Parking on the street is open to anyone without a pass. If you prefer to park in the garage it will cost you an extra $150 a month.
Misc - There is a small workout room with a padded floor, a rowing machine and some dumbbells. You are welcome to use them. I have a cleaning service that comes every other week. They will vacuum your room, clean your bathroom and clean all common areas. No extra charge to you for this service. There is a community pool/jacuzzi you can use. No drugs or smoking. Drinking is fine. No animals currently, but I may get a small dog in the future. This is a rental for a single occupant, not a couple. The occasional overnight guest is permitted, but if it becomes a consistent thing, your rent will increase.
