My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a 2-bedroom house or townhome with a budget of up to $1,700/month, with a August 1st move in date A little about us: we’re both full-time, hard-working individuals employed in Wellington, CO. Ideally, we’d love something within a 20-minute drive, but we can be flexible for the right place. In terms of qualifications, one of us has a strong credit score, while the other doesn’t currently have credit. We’re happy to provide any additional information or references as needed. We would prefer to work with a private landlord but are open to property management companies as long as we meet the requirements.
