My name is Sophia, and I am looking for a new roommate in Eugene! I live in the Byron apartments at Crescent Village, and my current roommate is moving to the East Coast, but I would like to stay! I am a fourth-grade teacher. I enjoy spending time with friends, I love to craft, watch movies, and spend time outdoors! I am a pretty clean person, so I would ask to keep the apartment tidy!
The rent is 1,100 before utilities. The apartment is furnished in the living room and has full appliances in the kitchen, as well as an in-unit washer/dryer. I am looking to rent out the master bedroom, which has a bathroom attachment and a good-sized closet. There is also a balcony, a rooftop area, a pool, and gym access. I do not currently have any pets, but I know the building allows dogs or cats with a small fee. There is a great deal of parking, and you can also pay for a spot in the underground parking.
