I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’ll be moving out for medical school this summer, so you’d be replacing me as the third roommate. Rent is $800/month and includes all utilities: water, electricity, gas, sewer, trash, and Wi-Fi. Free parking and neighborhood security patrol are also included. Earliest move-in: June 15
Application fee: $50
Refundable security deposit: $300 The bedroom and home come fully furnished, making move-in easy and stress-free. You’d be living with two female roommates who are working professionals in healthcare and childcare. The home is generally clean, quiet, and respectful, so we’re looking for a female roommate who would be a great fit for a similar living environment.
