Room for rent

utilities not included we split those up evenly each month Location: college down across from UNCC Move in date 7/1/26 Background and credit check will be required. Currently living here is a woman and two men, all employed. We currently have a well behaved golden retriever living with us, and the landlord would like to keep it as a single dog house hold, so no other pets unless they can be kept in a terrarium. Two people work from home between the hours 8am-11:30pm. So our ideal roommate would need to be courteous of that schedule. We are fairly tidy and pick up after ourselves, we are LGBT+ friendly, and occasionally we enjoy hanging out together, watching movies. Please message me your or phone number to schedule interview.
