Roommate needed!

[REDACTED] am seeking a roommate to fill a room in my apartment beginning on June 1. The apartment is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a multilevel walk up on Spring Garden St. The building is well-kept and I have generally been happy with the landlord and other tenants in the building. The room has its own mini split for heating and cooling and a large window facing the street with blinds. I really like the neighborhood and it’s close to so many things: multiple grocery stores, gyms, the Schuylkill River Trail, museums, cafes, bars and restaurants, Fairmount Park, and so many other gems are within a quick walk or bike ride. There’s also tons of transit options including the 43 bus right outside the front door, routes 2 and 33 within a few blocks and the BSL just a few minutes away. The unit has a washer and dryer and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room is already furnished as pictured. I would expect to split electricity and internet bills and am open to sharing expenses for other household needs like paper products and cleaning supplies by Venmo. A little about me: I’m an 30 year old man who enjoys cycling and the outdoors. I work full time outside the home so if you’re a remote worker or your schedule leaves you at home during the day you’d likely have a lot of privacy. I am generally easy to get along with and I’m happy to answer any questions you might have about the room or the neighborhood.
