I own a townhouse in a quiet Irondale neighborhood right on the Mountain Brook/Irondale border. House is 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The available room currently has a twin bed and dresser- however this can be moved to fit your needs. Private room overlooking a wooded area with your own bathroom (standing shower) and 2 semi walk-in closets.

Laundry units and dishwasher
all utilities included in rent cost (power, internet, water, sewage)
house is fully furnished. You’re welcome to use anything in shared areas (kitchen, living room, office) provided it’s taken care of and kept relatively clean.
large tv and various streaming services you’re welcome to use. I would be the only other person in the house. I keep the main part of the house fairly neat and would like a roommate to do the same. You’re welcome to use anything cleaning supplies/ equipment. 🐱I have a fairly large long haired cat. I do my best to keep him brushed and hair vacuumed but he does indeed shed.
