6 month lease, Move in May 30-31

Hi, my name is Matthew. I am 31 and I work at USF. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Tampa. The monthly rent is a range from around 1000-1100 a month as it includes utilities. The room is available on the last week of May. About the room itself: it is the Master bedroom of a two bedroom apartment, it has its own bathroom. About the apartment: The apartment is Reserve at Temple Terrace, in addition to this the specific apartment has a washer and dryer in as well as a dishwasher, an oven, and full sized fridge. Pets: This apartment will have had a cat living in it for some time, the cat is moving out with my current roommate. I will do my best to clean up as much of the cat hair as possible to be considerate of allergies. The lease: 6 months (remaining time on current lease). Please have first month's rent ready for June. Also note that I will be out of town from June 1 - 4 for a conference.
