These two bedrooms and private bath

These two bedrooms and private bathroom will be available in mid to late June. The townhouse is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just off Marvin Road. Both bedrooms and the full bath are located at the very back of the top floor, giving complete privacy. The main floor is a common area with two living rooms and the kitchen, as well as a spacious private back deck. We don't use the kitchen much, so if you like to cook it's all yours 🤣 Amenities include laundry room, covered or street parking (your choice), storage space in the garage, all utilities and wifi included in rent. (To clarify, the advertised price covers both rooms and all bills, not $1500/each) Who you would be living with: myself & my fiance (40f & 48m - both warehouse workers), and our two cats. We are LGBTQ and 420 friendly (though no smoking inside the house). Who we are looking for: one or two(max) adults who'd like 2 bedrooms and a private bath, for less than the cost of renting from an apartment complex in the area. There is some flexibility when it comes to credit issues/criminal record/etc (provided you are now stable and responsible 🙂)
