Looking for roomate 2bd

2bed apartment. Total cost is $975, $50 w/s/t. Parking is 15/month for lot. no pets, but landlord may be flexible with reptiles/small fish. we pay for electric, gas, and our internet. I have all of the companies setup we would just be agreeing to split all payments 50/50, making it about $600-$700 based on utility costs.If one of us has significantly more utility usage or need, we can discuss. I am going to be a graduate student and working so i’m pretty busy and will not be home all of the time, cleanly, and friendly. Apartment complex is quiet, no smoking whatsoever, and the owner does value that, so no major parties or anything crazy. Gender does not matter, must be LGBTQ friendly.
