Big bedroom with private bathroom

Hey! I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Ghent Village (Norfolk), super close to downtown. It’s in a great location — really close to EVMS and Harris Teeter, plus tons of cute spots, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance.
It’s a really spacious apartment and you’d have your own private bathroom. Washer and dryer in unit. The complex also has a pool and gym, and overall it’s a really nice place to live. You’d be sharing with another girl.
Rent is $1000 per person, and utilities (water, internet, electricity) are about $170 per person each month, usually less.
I’m planning to be fully moved out by June 1st, but I can leave earlier if needed
You’ll need to be approved by the leasing office (application + 3 recent pay stubs).
