So we would split the rent plus water and electric which comes out to 1100 to 1200 each which is not bad considering you will have a private room with private attached bathroom. There’s a spot for you to park in front of the house. A garage for storage if you need it and a washer and dryer in the garage. There is a living room with couches I haven’t bought a tv for in there yet but WiFi is included in the rent. I’m a 34 year old guy I work in the middle of the night so I’m home during the day. It’s a pretty chill neighborhood but yeah lmk if you have any questions. Month to month plus 1000 deposit. Ready for you to move in anytime. Has a bed in room but can take it out if you don’t need.
