The Canyon Park community is a gated community with many amenities including a pool, hot tub, tanning bed, gym, and more. It is in close vicinity to South Hill mall along with many shopping areas and is right by Canyon Road. Some but not all utilities are included in the rent. There are bills for the internet and electricity on top of it but both are affordable. One bed and one bath is available to you along with the living area, kitchen, and balcony with deck storage. There is one carport given to us but garages may also be available for a fee. The room has a closet attached to it and internet hookups.
