• Utilities included (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, etc.)
• Shared bathroom
• Private entrance
• Backyard area for lounging and smoking (🚭 no smoking inside). Full lounge area with a bar and tv installed and connected for your leisure..Portable AC included About the Home: * I am a live-in landlord.
* There are three friendly cats — renter must not be allergic.
* Cats stay in my room during the day and roam the hallway at night.
* Pets allowed (up to 2) — must be well-behaved, quiet, and cat-friendly. Lease Terms & Deposits:
💵 Rent: $1,350/month (utilities included)
🔒 Security Deposit: $950 (refundable, may be flexible with strong rental history)
🐾 Pet Deposit: $200 per pet (refundable, may be flexible for well-qualified tenants with responsible pet ownership)
