Looking for roommate for big room with private bath, closet, parking, and storage. Price includes everything but cable TV. We have frontier 500mbps fiber. Big house with screened pool and sun room. Only my wife and I currently living there. We work nights M-F. Room is furnished with a queen bed, small table, coffee table, couch, and 42" TV. Just bring a roku or firestick and your clothes and your good to go. Will need to get a mini fridge or small ref. If you have your own furniture we can clear the room for you. Brandon hwy 60 behind the Wal-Mart. Publix is about a 1.5 mile walk. Quiet neighborhood in great spot with lots of restaurants and such nearby.
