Looking for awesome roommate! (May)

Description

Hey we’re looking for one more awesome roommate to renew a lease! Would be for one room in a nice 3br apartment and complex with convenient location near Atlantic ave and hwy exits, gated entrance, with lots of 24/ 7 amenities (pool, outdoor lounge areas with grilling/bar patio, gym, clubhouse entertainment spaces, one upper floor of quiet remote offices and study / workspaces / open meeting rooms, and catered resident events/ parties) with utilities split by 3, shared bathroom with one other roommate. The other roommates are 2 guys, we keep busy with work, and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. Into working out at the gym, also into music a lot (edm mostly and some variety) and like video games, movies, marvel/ Star Wars, dbz.. ganja friendly/ but yeah looking for another roommate to lease anytime available after May 1st and we’ll split costs! Otherwise some occasional music playing ok, no pets unfortunately, students and professionals welcome, occasional guests ok, but must be clean (like no piles of dishes and pans left in the sink for days) J
