3 cats🍊 I’m a college student, 22 years old. There are already 3 cats at the house that are big cuddle bugs! All the rooms have their key and locks. The utilities fluctuates and are split monthly between everyone. You’ll also get the security deposit back after you move out. Move in is negotiable. 5 minutes from I-95. 17 minutes from downtown Baltimore. 5-10 minutes from UMBC. 30 minute walk from UMBC. The basement was just finished we added a full bathroom with a shower to the basement instead of just a toilet, so people won’t have to share! There’s also a shared bathroom with a tub next to your room. A brand new washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave have been added. We’re in Arbutus near Taste Tea, the college, and the elementary/middle school. Hi, I’m Autumn! I’m a graphic design student, and I also work part-time at the school. I love cottagecore, Sanrio, and am usually at work or working on making a garden out back:) My roommate’s are graduating and are moving out so I’m looking to fill the rooms upstairs! There are 2 open rooms upstairs as of June 1st.
