Looking for two roommates

There are two rooms available. One for $800 dollars a month(shared bathroom) and the other $1100 a month with private bathroom. (not including utilities) There is garage space, nice living room area, dishwasher, washer/drye, outdoor patio and hot tub. Looking for responsible, respectful tenants who keep the home clean, pay rent on time, and maintain a quiet, peaceful environment. Ideal tenant works a daytime schedule (9–5 preferred), values rest and recharging, and does their fair share of household chores to keep shared spaces tidy. No pets preferred but not a deal breaker. References, credit check, and proof of steady income required. Preferred traits: Clean and organized
