This is a shared home, I am very selective. I am looking for the right fit. Single occupancy (1 Person) bedroom for rent (1 Room). I have 1 Full Furnished Room and 1 Semi-furnished room. We offer family style living in a -bedroom home, two-story house, built in 1991.
Amenities include a large family room, a Pet-Friendly area with TV, video streaming and games. We also have a beautiful large back yard patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture, great for summer relaxing and playing with the dogs. We have a full-size freezer in the garage and a large, shared refrigerator in the kitchen.
Rental rooms have recently been updated with new flooring and paint. Dogs = Yes
