Private room available in a townhouse- style home in Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Looking for a clean, respectful, female roommate who is employed full-time/ professionally driven. Shared spaces include kitchen, living room, laundry, and garage access. Household is generally quiet during the work week and would be a great fit for someone who values a drama-free living environment. Move in date flexible but preferably in June or July, I am relocating for a job and need to find someone asap. There is a dog and a cat living here already in the townhouse not in the unit you will take over. Garage keys are switched off monthly and split between the 3 of you. Lease ends May 2027
