Hi, I have a private bedroom in a large 4 bedroom 3 bath house. The rent is $1100 with all utilities included(gas,water, electricity, WiFi), only street parking is available and there is plenty. The home is located in imperial beach close to 5 freeway. The house is fully furinished with a fully accessible kitchen, in-house washer and dryer. Currently there are 4 young professionals living, 3 girls ages 22-26 and 1 male, the homeowner age 30. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other girl.
