Looking for a person to sublease a room starting in May/June until lease renewal in next June, at that point you are free to join the lease and stay longer if you'd like!

- 15 minute walk to MICA campus
- 8 minute walk to Penn Station
- Rent is $700 a month
- utilities + wifi is roughly $100 a month making your expenses around $800 a month
- 3 other roommates already living in the apartment (2 female, 1 male) - all are current and former MICA students
- 1 hypoallergenic cats!
- living room, kitchen, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer are all included
- street parking OR designated parking space available around back.
