Room for Rent

Description

I have one bedroom that I am considering renting out. $750 deposit and $750/month, all utilities included (Electric, Natural Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, WiFi). Bedroom is carpeted, has one window and a closet. The restroom which has a tub/shower is located just outside the bedroom and would primarily only be used by you. I rarely use it but guests do if I have anyone over which is also rare. I don’t mind if you smoke, but it must be done outside. I’m 27 and looking for someone trustworthy who’s between 18 and 30.
