roommate needed - 2 bedroom apt

Description

Price included is if we split rent even (full unit is ~$1400 a month + utilities / fees). This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at the Lofts at Whitaker Park in Winston-Salem. Your room will include its own private bathroom, and we have an in-unit washer/dryer. The place is furnished as of right now (i may need to buy a new couch / dining table lol) - apart from the spare room which you will need your own bed, dresser, etc for. I’m finishing up a graduate program at Wake Forest in May, and need someone to take the spare bedroom after my current roommate moves out. Any Wake students in need of a place to stay, i gotchu (but also open to others)! Looking for someone to hop on my lease May - July, they’re super flexible here so sure we could make anything work lol. This place also has crazy amenities (pool, bowling alley, gym, penthouse, etc!!) - the pictures ive included are just from the and from when i first moved here lol but my unit is ready for a new roomie in May!!
