Looking for June 1st takeover

Hi! I’m looking [REDACTED] living with two other roommates. The rent does fluctuate but the highest it goes is $850. The reason is fluctuates is just because of the utilities changing every month. The one who takes care of the payment always sends a screenshot of the itemized bills. I’m just looking to move out and move in with my boyfriend in another state. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one other person. As of right now, that one other person does have a boyfriend living here, but everyone typically keeps to themselves. Barely noticeable. They’re looking to move out soon as well, so at some point, there’d be a whole new person, I just don’t have a timeline of them moving. The person who does the payments has been here 3+ years, and doesn’t plan on leaving any time soon. There’s really no drama here, we don’t do pets, and we just respect one another’s space. Looking for only female to take over. The pictures are just examples, not taken of actual room as I don’t have one at the moment
