Description

Room is located in the basement so ability to do stairs is a must. Anything larger than a double or full size bed will not fit down the stairs. We supply toilet paper for the house. Down to Earth but prefer more quiet relaxed than loud and crazy people. More polite introverts than extroverts.
NO DOGS AND NO MORE CATS. We have one short haired cat. Caged pets are okay.
Shared bathroom in basement. Another bathroom, if necessary, is upstairs. Shared kitchen space for cooking, with small table for eating and possible food prep. There is cooking dishes and utensils with no space for additional dishes and such unless you can fit them in your designated kitchen pantry cupboard.
Basically you cook, you eat, you clean.
Shared laundry is available on. Laundry use is not guaranteed 100% of the time if something breaks from misuse. Month to month lease.
YOU HAVE TO BE WORKING OUTSIDE OF THE HOME FOR THIS TO BE A FIT. This is a requirement of renting either of these roo[REDACTED]o working from home internally must have a job outside of the home.
Diversity is a must. Issues with gender, race, politics, OR religious diversity in any way should not be an issue.
SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND is to be done outside as it is not allowed even in the room.
Rent is due on the first of the month IN ADVANCE based on the rental agreement you sign. Refrigerator space is limited to a point based on the season. A kitchen cupboard is provided as well. Street parking is free and we are at a dead end so less traffic.
A house interview will be required to get you into this room. No Zoom, Teams, Video Chat will be allowed if you are not here it is likely we cannot even consider since we cannot personally meet you.
