Hi, my name is Angela. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Tucson. The monthly rent is $745 and the room is available on April 13th. large 1240 square foot two-bedroom, two full bath condominium, with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and locker room/showers, bike storage and a large gym. Located at River Road and North 1st Avenue on the Loop Riverwalk for biking, walking and jogging without worrying about cars. Your furnished downstairs bedroom has a lighted walk-in closet, walk-in shower in your separate full bath. The room is furnished with a single trundle bed, dresser, table and desk. There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in the unit. Ceiling fans and overhead lighting, as well as wall lighting in every room. There's a fireplace, and a loft with a large balcony. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. There is central air conditioning and heat.The unit features high ceilings, and a fireplace. There is a lot of shelving available. Non-smoker, neat and clean professional wanted to share the condo with one other. We would split the electric bill in half. Water, sewer and trash included. No drugs. Social drinking is fine. There is parking very close, but it is not covered. This is 15 minutes to University of Arizona. There is a non-refundable $40 application fee with background check and one month rent for refundable deposit required. Cats are okay with an additional fee.
Rent is $745 a month, plus half of the electric bill. References and proof of income required. This is available April 13. Short-term is okay. Please feel free to call with any questions.
