Hi, my name is Nick. I am a 22-year old college student. I am listing my studio apartment located in the North Bottoms neighborhood of Lincoln for a lease takeover over the summer, from the dates of May 8-August 8. The monthly rent is $1050 which includes cable and internet, and a majority of the utilities. The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from the UNL city campus, features an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and can come as furnished or unfurnished as you would like.
