Hi we are seeking a quiet, drug and alchohol free roommate in the palms/westside village of Los Angeles. We have a two bedroom apartment, that usually just has one roommate in it. On occasion we have one person that uses the living room as a very occasional crash pad, while on business in LA. This apartment will be available for 3 months, so it’s really good for someone who just needs a temporary, easy place while they look for more permanent housing. There is no smoking allowed in the apartment, or even near the apartment building itself. It is a nice, quiet area that has numerous nearby grocery stores, bus stops and other types of shops. It’s near the 10 and 405 freeways, and is convenient to many parts of Los Angeles. Some requirements are:
Must be Age 30-50
Any gender is fine
Must be employed full time (5 days per week, not work from home) If you meet the requirements and this apartment sounds like a good fit for [REDACTED] month includes rent and utilities and Internet. About the roommates. One roommate is a professional photographer, is quiet and busy with work. He doesn’t smoke or drink near the apartment and is respectful of the common areas and kitchen. On occasion he does have photography subjects over to prepare for photo shoots, does light photoshoots in the living room and also has some equipment set up in the living room. On a rare occasion (~ once in 3 months) he may have a model and stylist over for a fitting, occasionally tests lighting setups in the living room and does have some photo equipment in the living room though it does not dominate the space. The other occasional roommate is the lease holder, and spends most time in San Francisco. He has a background in the technology industry, and is currently a founder of a company and a gig worker. He is rarely there, and when there is very quiet and just stays in the living room for a couple of days at a time.
