Hey, good morning and thanks for checking out my listing ☺️ I want to be very clear upfront so we can both save time. I am ONLY looking for a room in Washington DC (NE, NW, SE, SW), Arlington VA, or Alexandria VA. Anything outside of these areas will not work for me. My budget is $1450 max all included (rent, utilities, WiFi, etc). A little about me — I’m a business owner and janitorial vendor, so I travel between the DMV area and Virginia Beach for work. I’m now looking to be based more in the DC area for consistency. I’m looking for: • A private bedroom AND private bathroom (non-negotiable) • In-unit laundry • Safe, reliable parking (very important to me) • Clean, respectful, and peaceful living environment Lifestyle-wise, I’m very clean and organized (comes with the profession lol). I’m easygoing, respectful, and I mind my business. I’m an occasional drinker and 420-friendly, but I’m not into heavy partying or chaotic environments. I’m open to living with male or female roommates, preferably someone who is also clean, respectful, and has good energy.
