Hello. I am searching for a 1BR or Studio preferable with some utilities included for around 1500 or less. Please reach out if you have anything available by this date. I can only afford to pay rent and security right now. I am currently in Brooklyn but I am hoping to leave before April 1st. I also have a cat. This is very important.
